Information

A five-day international summer school at the University of Augsburg focusing on intercultural and future-oriented teaching and learning. It is aimed primarily at prospective teachers and teacher education students and covers topics such as digital and hybrid teaching, reflective use of artificial intelligence in the classroom, competence-oriented learning and assessment, and cross-cutting topics like diversity and education for sustainable development. The programme combines keynote, discipline-specific panels, workshops, excursions and social activities to foster intercultural exchange. Upon successful completion participants receive a Certificate of Attendance (76 hours) and 3 ECTS credits.

Benefits

No participation fee; minimum €330 flat-rate support for A.LEAP partner university students from abroad (approx. €170 for accommodation); organised accommodation (double rooms, breakfast) at Augsburg youth hostel; food and drinks according to programme; Certificate of Attendance and 3 ECTS credits (76 hours).

Eligibility

Targeted at future teachers and motivated Teacher Education students (Stateexam, Bachelor, Master) from the international A.LEAP network; the programme is open to further students if there is sufficient capacity.
