International Olympiad in Informatics 2026

The 38th International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI 2026) is an international computer science competition for secondary and high school students. It will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 9 to 16 August 2026 and will bring together participants, coaches and committee members from around the world. The event is organised by the IOI 2026 Organizing Committee and hosted by Uzbekistan. The competition is one of five international science olympiads held annually.

Each participating country selects and sends a national delegation (typically four contestants and two adults); contestants are chosen through national selection procedures.
