About this opportunity

A summer undergraduate research programme run by the David A. Dunlap Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics and the Dunlap Institute at the University of Toronto. Participants work with astronomers on independent research projects and gain experience in observations, theory, instrumentation and data analysis. The programme includes scientific communication training and participation in U of T public outreach activities. Positions run for 16 weeks with supervised interactions with faculty, postdocs and graduate students.

Eligibility

Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents; non-Canadians may apply if they are full-time students at the University of Toronto, full-time students at a Canadian university with an off-campus work permit, or have a work permit allowing work with the University of Toronto.
