The Cornell Public Health Fellowships 2026 prepare the next generation of public health leaders through interdisciplinary training and applied, community-engaged learning. Fellows will receive training across government, private sector, public health, healthcare systems, and NGOs, with concentration options in Food Systems & Health, Environment, Climate & Health, Infectious Disease Epidemiology, or Emergency Preparedness & Management. The program offers full tuition support toward Cornell’s Master of Public Health degree or the 12-month accelerated program, subject to eligibility.

Eligibility

Applicants must apply to the MPH program and be accepted; must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or legal permanent resident of the U.S.; have a minimum GPA of 3.5; demonstrate passion for a public health career.

Application

Apply to Cornell’s MPH program via SOPHAS by March 23, 2026 for priority consideration; submit the Cornell Graduate School Quick Application by March 23, 2026; applicants will be notified of acceptance and fellowship status by March 31, 2026; fellows must accept offers by April 15.
