Barcelona International Youth Science Challenge

A two-week international residential science programme for talented pre-college students to work on hands-on science and technology projects alongside professional scientists. The programme is organised by Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera and brings together around 150 participants. It offers over 55 hours of practical laboratory, field and project work across a range of topics from molecular biology and synthetic biology to quantum physics and supercomputing. The programme includes meetings with research scientists and projects hosted at research centres, universities or hospitals.
