Marine Biology Camps and Programs for Teens

A live-aboard marine biology summer camp for high school students combining scuba diving, sailing and field-based marine science study aboard yachts in the British Virgin Islands. The program is run by ActionQuest staff marine biologists and oceanographers and includes practical modules on reef biology, mangroves, sharks, and other marine life. Participants gain scuba and reef-awareness certifications and may earn qualifications that some high schools accept for transcript credit. The voyage operates as a floating classroom and lab over multiple weeks.
