IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Worldwide 2026

Information

A travel support program run by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society to provide financial assistance for students travelling to CASS financially co‑sponsored conferences in 2026. The primary purpose is to help recipients present their accepted research papers in person at these events. Support is provided via reimbursement after travel. This Round Two call covers specified 2026 co‑sponsored conferences.

Reimbursement of travel expenses to attend and present an accepted paper at eligible 2026 CASS financially co‑sponsored conferences.

Eligibility

Applicants must be CASS student members at the time of application and during the conference, must be undergraduate or graduate students at the time of the conference with a faculty member confirming status, must have an accepted paper to present in person, and eligibility is also based on demonstrated financial need; individuals are eligible only once per calendar year.

Application

Apply online via the IEEE CASS application form; a faculty letter confirming student status must be uploaded and applicants must be CASS student members with an accepted paper.
