Information

SESUR is a 10-week summer undergraduate research program in which Stanford undergraduates work on environmental science and planet-related projects with a faculty member from the Doerr School of Sustainability. Students find or propose a project, conduct research on campus or in the field, and present their work at a fall scientific symposium. The program includes faculty and likely graduate/postdoc advising. Information sessions are held prior to each summer.

Eligibility

Stanford undergraduates from any area of study who want to learn more about environmental science.

Application

Develop a project proposal with an approved faculty advisor; advisor must approve the application. Submit the application online; the faculty advisor will receive an email notification requesting approval.
