About this opportunity

A two-day hackathon for engineers, AI scientists, and computational biologists to build tools that accelerate biomedical discovery. Participants will develop MCP tools and agentic components to extend Owkin’s K Pro AI Scientist, working with spatial omics, genomic, imaging and literature datasets. Projects compete across prize tracks for integrability, performance, ambition and quality of biological reasoning. The event includes plenary sessions, project work, pitches, and winner announcements.

Eligibility
