The Royal Society APEX Awards provide funding for experienced and independent researchers based at a UK university or a not-for-profit research institution for interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary research. The award is a paid opportunity with funding to support staff costs and research expenses, plus additional funds for public engagement projects.
