A summer research program placing University of Maryland, College Park undergraduates in mentored research projects with faculty at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Participants receive in-depth research experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to MD, MD/PhD and graduate degree opportunities at UMB. The program runs during the summer and includes seminars, a mid-summer retreat and a student research forum. It is administered by the University of Maryland School of Medicine Office of Student Research and supported by the MPowering the State partnership.
