DGfS Summer School 2026

A two-week in-person summer school hosted at Bielefeld University offering 32 one-week courses in areas such as Syntax/Morphology, Semantics/Pragmatics, Linguistic Creativity and foundational topics. The event runs 10–21 August 2026 and is taught in English. Participants may attend up to four courses per week (maximum eight courses across two weeks). Tuition applies and financial aid is available through scholarships.

Attendance at up to 32 one-week courses (up to four courses per week; up to eight courses across two weeks), access to lectures and course materials, opportunity to interact with international lecturers.

Directed at early career researchers, specifically advanced MA students, doctoral researchers and postdocs.
