Applied Fellowship Program

The Applied Fellowship Program is a professional development fellowship offering practical workplace experience, mentorship, and project-based assignments. It is intended for students, recent graduates, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs across Africa. Participants work on organisational projects in communications, research, facilitation, partnership development and operations and attend peer-learning sessions and masterclasses. Successful fellows receive a Certificate of Applied Learning and Contribution upon completion.

Exposure to communications, research, facilitation and resource mobilisation activities; opportunities to develop portfolio-ready work samples; networking with peers and practitioners; access to peer-learning sessions and professional masterclasses; Certificate of Applied Learning and Contribution.

Open to applicants from all African countries, including students, recent graduates, early-career professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs; prior professional experience is not required.
