American-German Young Leaders Conference

A week-long conference that brings together 50 emerging leaders from government, business, journalism, academia, the military, and the non-profit sector to discuss transatlantic and global issues. Participants take part in meetings with senior officials, working groups, and plenary sessions to develop policy ideas and strengthen U.S.-German ties. The working language is English and the event is held annually in Germany. The 2026 edition runs for a week in July in Berlin.
