A Junior Voice track for the IROS 2026 Full-Shift Robot Co-Workers workshop inviting early-career researchers to submit short abstracts or position statements for community discussion. Submissions should describe a problem, idea, deployment lesson, or open problem related to full-shift robot workers and include a brief bio, affiliation, contact email, and a workshop-fit note.
