The International Summer School in Affective Sciences (ISSAS 2026) is an interdisciplinary residential summer school on the theme 'Emotions and Sustainability' organized by the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences. It brings together leading scholars and a selected group of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers for lectures, workshops, visits to UN Geneva premises, and hands-on student group projects. The programme includes plenary lectures across psychology, philosophy, communication sciences, political science and innovation studies and joint workshops with the UN Beyond Lab. Participants will present group projects at the end of the week and have opportunities for networking with faculty and peers.
