International Psychology Olympiad

An international competition for pre-collegiate psychology students that assesses fundamental psychology knowledge and applied reasoning. The 2026 edition is conducted entirely online and includes a Global Grand Test qualification and an individual Final Round with two modules (Material-Based Objective Test and Advanced Thinking). Top performers receive distinctions, medals (Gold/Silver/Bronze) and certificates, and schools can earn team recognition. Participation is free of charge.

Recognition through Global Grand Test grades, Regional Top 6 Certificates, Final Round awards (Gold, Silver, Bronze), school team awards for top-ranked schools, and certificates for regional top performers.

Students enrolled in high school, secondary, or pre-collegiate education who will graduate in 2027 or later may participate; fresh high school graduates (Class of 2026), gap year students, and college/university students are not eligible. Participation is free and requires an advisor to verify academic level and identity.

Registration via the IPsyO registration process using basic school/organization information, an advisor to verify students, and a valid email address; complete student list requested after initial registration.
