A winter school focused on strengthening analytical and research capacity in environmental epidemiology, with emphasis on health impact assessments related to climate change and environmental exposures. It targets early-career researchers and graduate students and includes a symposium, structured lectures, and hands-on learning delivered in English by an international faculty. The curriculum covers topics such as short- and long-term health associations, future projections, and practical applications of machine-learning methods in environmental epidemiology. The program is part of an ongoing Winter School series organized by the University of Tokyo since 2023.
