Information

The European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO) is an international mathematics competition exclusively for high school female students who enjoy mathematics beyond the regular school curriculum. It is modelled on the International Mathematical Olympiad and takes place over two days with three problems each day. Medals are awarded to roughly half of the participants and there are additional recognitions for outstanding problem-solving. The event aims to inspire girls to take part in national and international mathematics competitions and to foster connections and cultural exchange among participants.
