Education Technology in Higher Education Conferences Grant

A grant to support faculty members from United Board network institutions to attend and present at major education technology conferences in higher education. The grant covers a portion of eligible in-person conference expenses to enhance faculty professional development and encourage knowledge exchange. Awards are limited in number and intended to strengthen collaboration among educators advancing digital transformation in teaching and institutional practice. Applications are accepted for conferences taking place in the 2026–2027 cycle.

Up to USD 1,200 per person (up to 80% of eligible expenses), coverage of conference registration fees, economy travel and ground transportation, and accommodation; reimbursement within 60 days after conference participation.

Applicants must have a research paper accepted for presentation at a relevant higher education or educational technology conference and be faculty members from institutions within the United Board network.

Submit an abstract, evidence of acceptance for presentation, detailed budget, institutional confirmation letter, and a statement outlining professional and institutional benefits during the application period; applications reviewed on a rolling basis with selection within 1–2 weeks of submission.
