Exploration of Architecture

Exploration of Architecture is a pre-college, immersive summer program at the University of Southern California for high school students interested in architecture and design. Led by USC School of Architecture faculty, the program combines lectures, hands-on assignments, studio work and field trips to architecturally significant sites in Los Angeles. Participants develop drawing, modeling and presentation skills and receive guidance to create a college application portfolio. The program awards college credit.

Earn college credit; lectures and conversations with practicing architects and faculty; visits to architecturally significant places in Los Angeles; portfolio guidance and development; hands-on drawing and modeling skill development.
