About this opportunity
The UFMG Summer School on Brazilian Studies (SSBS) is a two-week intensive course providing students with an understanding of key aspects of Brazil from multiple perspectives. Sessions cover Brazilian politics, history, foreign relations, geology, law, economy, arts, culture and race. The programme takes place on UFMG’s main campus in Belo Horizonte and runs every July. The 2026 edition is scheduled for 2026-07-13 to 2026-07-24.
