Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) Worldwide 2026

Information

Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) is a year-long service fellowship that places recent college graduates and early-career professionals with partner NGOs and multilateral organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. Fellows work on projects across fields such as education, public health, environmental conservation, and microfinance. Placements are matched to fellows' skills and the needs of partner organizations. The fellowship includes financial support for living costs and opportunities for virtual orientation and community-building among fellows.

Eligibility

Graduating seniors and early-career professionals who hold a degree from an accredited university in the United States or Canada (or are on track to graduate before the fellowship start date). Professional or advanced proficiency in Spanish is required for nearly all fellowships.
