SBI Youth for India Fellowship

A 13-month immersive fellowship placing participants in rural India to work with grassroots communities and partner NGOs on development projects. Fellows live in rural communities, co-create solutions with local stakeholders, and receive programme support and onboarding including an orientation. The programme targets emerging professionals interested in social impact and rural leadership.

Applicants should be aged 21 to 32, be Indian citizens, citizens of Nepal or Bhutan, or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong interest in social impact and development.

Register and complete an online assessment including an essay-based response; shortlisted candidates participate in a day-long personal interaction; selected candidates are notified via email/SMS on a rolling basis and begin onboarding upon acceptance.
