Franco-British Young Leaders Programme

The Franco-British Young Leaders Programme is a bilateral leadership programme delivered by the Franco-British Council to deepen understanding and collaboration between France and the UK and to build a generation of leaders. It creates a network of selected young professionals from a diversity of sectors who take part in high-level bilateral dialogue and programme activities. Membership requires acceptance of the programme charter. The programme is supported by the French Foreign Ministry, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and private sponsors.

Selection leads to membership of the Franco-British Young Leaders network and participation in the programme's bilateral dialogue activities; the programme also reserves annual places for candidates connected to Jersey.

Applicants must be under 40 with citizenship or residency in France or the UK, have exceptional and demonstrable professional qualities, a proven track record of leadership, and a conversational level of English.
