SAIL Young Professionals Recruitment 2026

A fixed-term recruitment drive by the Steel Authority of India Limited to engage 23 Young Professionals (YP-1, YP-2, YP-3) across engineering, finance, IT, HR and related functions. Positions are based at Rourkela Steel Plant and various SAIL units in Ranchi, including the Digital Transformation Division.
