Latin American Studies Research and Travel Award

An internal Penn State award providing small grants to support research travel or conference attendance related to Latin American Studies. It is aimed at graduate students who are second-year M.A. students through ABD doctoral candidates and registered (or intending to register) in the Latin American Studies minor. Up to five awards of up to $500 each will be made, with special consideration for projects requiring time in Latin America. Recipients are honored at the program's spring reception.

Monetary award up to $500 (per award) and recognition at the Latin American Studies Program spring reception.

Applicants must be second-year M.A. students through ABD Ph.D. candidates at Penn State University Park and be registered in the Latin American Studies minor (or show intent to register).
