International Youth Festival THE PLANET OF ART – 2026

An international youth art festival and contest for children and young people to submit works in fine arts and decorative and applied arts on the theme “The Role of Women in the Safeguarding and Promotion of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage”. The festival aims to support talented children and adolescents, publish a thematic art album of finalists, hold an award ceremony in Almaty and exhibit selected works at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. Participation is free of charge and provides a platform to connect with professional artists and cultural figures.

Finalists featured in a thematic art album; award ceremony in Almaty; best artworks showcased at an international exhibition at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris; opportunities to connect with the professional art community and cultural figures.

Children and young people aged 3 to 18 from different countries are invited to participate.

Young artists may submit their works in categories of fine arts and decorative and applied arts; participation guidelines are available.
