EPFL Fellows International Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme

An international postdoctoral fellowship programme at EPFL that funds postdoctoral researchers to conduct independent research within a host laboratory at EPFL. The programme offers fellowships across any scientific discipline covered by EPFL and fellowships are carried out on EPFL campuses in Switzerland. Each fellowship has a maximum duration of 24 months and must be arranged jointly with a senior scientist (mentor) at EPFL.

Monthly contribution of 2,625 Euro towards salary; a postdoctoral position at EPFL for up to 24 months based at EPFL campuses in Switzerland; ability to conduct independent research with an EPFL host laboratory.

Citizens of any nationality may apply. Applicants must have a PhD degree or at least four years of full-time equivalent research experience and must fulfil the transnational mobility rules (not have resided or carried out main activity in Switzerland for more than 12 months in the three years immediately prior to the deadline). Applicants must have arranged a research plan with a host laboratory at EPFL in advance.
