Information

An annual programme to select Ukrainian youth representatives to speak on behalf of Ukraine at the UN General Assembly and other international events. Participants gain experience representing the state at the UN, learn from Ukrainian diplomats, and develop skills in youth diplomacy, project management, communications and analytics. The programme offers networking with international youth and opportunities to take part in international dialogue on youth issues. Selected delegates may represent Ukraine at the General Assembly in New York in 2026.

Eligibility

Applicants must be citizens of Ukraine, aged 20–27, have a high level of English proficiency and experience addressing youth-related issues; candidates should represent Ukrainian youth organisations, communities or initiatives and have previous experience in youth diplomacy.

Application

Prepare a short (up to 1 minute) English video on the given topic, upload it to Google Drive, complete the online application form and add the video link and CV; receive a confirmation email.
