Ideate Ireland

Ideate Ireland is a competition for third-level students, recent graduates and researchers to develop early-stage venture ideas and compete for cash prizes and support. The programme includes application, briefing, workshops and a competition showcase. Finalists receive mentoring, access to coworking space and other supports, and top teams win monetary prizes. The competition targets pre-investment teams with scalable products, services or technologies.

Open to undergraduates, post-graduates, recent graduates (two years or less), and researchers from third-level institutes, universities and research centres on the island of Ireland; teams should be resident on the island of Ireland and at the pre-investment stage (not taken equity investment).

Submit an application via the competition entry form linked on the site; shortlisted teams are chosen by expert reviewers and up to ten teams proceed to the next stage.
