The ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) 2026 is a structured internship for high-performing university students in Nigeria, offering practical work experience and exposure to real-world projects within ARM. The program aims to develop technical and professional skills and may provide pathways to employment with the firm or an exclusive postgraduate scholarship fund after completion.

Structured learning with real-life projects, networking with interns and employees, and potential progression opportunities to full-time employment or a postgraduate scholarship fund.

Be a university undergraduate and have completed at least two years of their degree; be on track for a First class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent; be available to resume physically for the program in June 2026.
