Junior.ING

Junior.ING is a national student engineering competition run by the German state engineering chambers, with the Bavarian round organised by the Bayerische Ingenieurekammer‑Bau. It invites schoolchildren to design and build engineering models based on an annually changing task and is run in two age categories. State winners qualify for a federal final in Berlin where national prizes are awarded.

Open to schoolchildren in two age categories: Age category I (up to 8th grade) and Age category II (from 9th grade).

Participation through the state-level competition organised by the Bayerische Ingenieurekammer‑Bau; landessieger (state winners) secure a place in the federal final.
