NLNG Science Contest 2026

A multi-stage science competition for secondary school students comprising an Olympiad (computer-based test), a Championship Stage and a Grand Finale quiz. The contest includes subject-specific rounds in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science, plus a wild card round on science and innovative solutions. Schools are ranked by class and awards are presented at the Grand Finale.

Public schools are to nominate student representatives; each school will nominate 2 representatives from each class from SSS 1 to SSS 2 for the Olympiad stage.

Public schools nominate two student representatives per class (SSS1 and SSS2) for the Olympiad (CBT). Qualifiers progress to the Championship Stage and top-performing schools advance to the Grand Finale quiz.
