About this opportunity

The Pan-African School for Emerging Astronomers (PASEA) is a biennial summer school held in Africa that brings together an international collaboration of astronomers to teach and build community. Each edition hosts approximately 60 participants and emphasises inquiry-based mini-research projects in small teams and instructor development. The programme aims to contribute to building a critical mass of astronomers in Africa and to share teaching and learning practices between Africa and North America/Europe.
