Summer School 2026 “Location Matters”

A one-week intensive summer school on geospatial methods for health scientists, social scientists, and geoscientists, combining hands-on QGIS and reproducible R training, expert mentoring, and peer exchange. The program includes a bring-your-own-data clinic, poster session with a Best Poster Award, and a certificate of participation. It is designed to strengthen participants' ability to integrate and analyse spatial data in interdisciplinary research. The event takes place at the University of Bremen and is taught in English.

Researchers and doctoral students from health sciences, social sciences, and geosciences (applicants will be selected based on motivation and fit to the program).
