International Summer School in Critical Theory 2026: Forces of History

An international summer school on critical theory focused on the theme 'Forces of History', bringing together plenary sessions, reading-group discussions and a public panel debate. It is aimed at graduate and early-career researchers to debate the role of non-human and ecological forces in historical agency. The programme features invited speakers and faculty from multiple universities and includes structured discussion formats and a public event.
