International Summer School (Summer Courses 2026)

The International Summer School at the University of Oslo offers a range of bachelor and master level summer courses in humanities, social sciences and language studies as well as non-credit language-and-culture courses. The programme includes academic courses alongside cultural and social activities and excursions in Oslo. Some Norwegian language courses are offered year-round and there is information about fees and scholarships for the summer session.

Targeting PhD candidates and early-career researchers in marine science, geology, oceanography and related disciplines; applicants should be based in ECORD member countries.
