Czech-German Young Professionals Program (CGYPP) 2026

A binational Czech-German dialogue program for young professionals focused on European security and preparedness. The 2026 edition comprises seminars, expert discussions and on-site visits across Prague, Berlin and Ostrava and includes peer-learning, intercultural team-building and project development. Participants interact with German and Czech experts and may develop their own initiatives (e.g., a podcast). The program aims to strengthen presentation, leadership, media and intercultural skills and includes membership in an alumni network.

Czechs and Germans aged 25-40 with at least 3 years’ work experience, fluent in English, from fields including academia, business, media, politics, public administration and NGOs.
