IBM Impact Accelerator 2026

The IBM Impact Accelerator 2026 is a social innovation program that supports communities facing environmental and economic stress through technologies like AI. Each year, IBM selects five nonprofit or government organizations to design, develop, and deploy technology that accelerates interventions benefiting communities. The program provides access to IBM platforms and technical mentorship to build long-term capacity, under a grant agreement governing access to IBM technology and resources.

IBM provides access to platforms such as IBM watsonx and Granite AI models, IBM Cloud, IBM Environmental Intelligence and Red Hat open source technologies, plus technical mentorship to build long-term capacity.

Open to nonprofit organizations and government entities, including academic institutions interested in developing AI-driven solutions for educational and workforce development challenges.

Proposals must be submitted through the official portal by March 25, 2026.
