About this opportunity
The 856. WE-Heraeus-Seminar "Challenges in Semileptonic Decays" is a scientific meeting focused on semileptonic decays of beauty quarks, CKM matrix determinations and tests of lepton flavor universality. It will bring together experts from experiment and theory to assess current results, review measurements, identify strategies to reduce uncertainties, and foster synergies between Belle II, LHCb, lattice QCD and effective field theory communities. The event takes place at the Physikzentrum in Bad Honnef, Germany.
Benefits & funding
Scientific presentations and discussions to assess the status of Vcb and Vub determinations, review LFU measurements, identify strategies to reduce uncertainties, and foster collaborations across experiment and theory communities.
