UNESCO-Aschberg Programme for Artists and Cultural Professionals 2025

The UNESCO-Aschberg Programme for Artists and Cultural Professionals invites civil society organizations and government/CSOs to submit projects that promote the status of the artist and artistic freedom. The call supports two tracks: technical assistance for governments and public institutions, and financial support for innovative projects led by civil society organizations, at local, national, regional or international levels.

Financial support for approved projects, capacity-building activities, development of tools and resources, and potential emergency support or relocation assistance as part of project implementation.

Applicants should be local, national, regional or international civil society organizations that operate on a not-for-profit basis. Track 1 applies to governments and public institutions, while Track 2 applies to civil society organizations.
