The Future Energy Leaders Programme is a global development initiative by the World Energy Council that engages young energy professionals in learning and contributing to energy transition efforts. It offers opportunities to work on projects, participate in webinars, and attend global, regional and national energy events, helping participants build a professional network and influence energy solutions.
Benefits

Eligibility
Applicants should have a solid interest and proven track record in energy, 3-5 years of junior management experience in an energy-related field, advanced English, and be not older than 35 at the time of application; readiness to commit to the programme for at least 1–3 years and to participate in required days of contact time.
