Department of Citywide Administrative Services’ Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) 2026

The Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) is a two-year fellowship for City University of New York (CUNY) graduates designed to create a pipeline from college to a career in civil service. The program is full-time, offers a competitive salary and benefits, and fellows are hired into high-demand positions across New York City in several professional tracks. Fellows receive professional development that qualifies them to take a civil service exam after completing the first year.
