The KOICA Youth Leaders Program is a leadership, digital transformation, AI, and entrepreneurship development initiative for young professionals in West Africa. It combines online learning, in-country training in Ghana, and a potential fully funded study visit to South Korea for top performers.

Eligibility

Applicants must be between 19 and 34 years old, work in public/private sector or academia, have an interest in leadership, innovation, AI and digital transformation, and be available for training in Ghana; visa eligibility for Ghana and Korea is required.

Application

Submit KOICA documents through regional KOICA office and university documents; await shortlisting and final selection; final selected participants must submit medical certificate; see regional KOICA offices for forms.
