The TGI Distri Finance Trainee Programme 2026

The Finance Trainee Programme (FTP) is a structured talent development initiative by TGI Distri Ltd to build a pipeline of finance professionals. It provides young chartered talents with cross-functional rotation and hands-on learning to develop future finance leaders. The programme is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and targets recent graduates with accounting or finance qualifications.

B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ICAN ( Chartered) is mandatory; maximum of 1 year post-ICAN experience; must not be more than 27 years by December 31, 2026; NYSC completed.
