The MTN Group Pan-African Media Innovation Programme (MIP) 2026 is a 12-week certified learning journey for mid- to senior-level journalists and media practitioners from MTN markets. It combines online academic modules with an in-person immersion in Johannesburg, including newsroom immersion, industry masterclasses, study visits, and structured peer engagement to connect academic learning with real-world application.
