The Old Mutual East Africa Internship Program is a 6-month structured, rotational work experience designed to help graduates transition from campus to the professional world. Participants gain hands-on exposure across multiple business units, work on real projects, and receive coaching, mentoring, and feedback from experienced professionals. The program covers areas such as Banking, Investments, Technology, Data & Innovation, Actuarial, Human Resources, Finance & Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Insurance.

Eligibility
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division; must be available for a full-time 6-month period; be in final year of study or have graduated in the last year; demonstrate interest in financial services, insurance, or fintech.
