About this opportunity
The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a talent development initiative by the Tropical General Investments Group. It offers young graduates an opportunity to deepen their knowledge, gain leadership-ready competencies, and rotate across different businesses within the group during a six-month program, following a six-week induction.
Benefits & funding
The program runs for six months with cross-functional rotation and project activities; after completion, successful participants may work across various businesses within the TGI Group.
Eligibility
B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences or related disciplines; minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience; completed NYSC; maximum age 27 years.
