Nedbank: Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2025/2026

The Nedbank YES Programme is a 12-month work experience opportunity for South African youth designed to provide hands-on workplace exposure and skill development within Nedbank and its sites nationwide. The programme aims to improve long-term employment prospects by offering a structured placement with a monthly stipend and potential hybrid or remote work arrangements depending on the role.

South African youth aged 18-29 who have a matric qualification, are currently unemployed, are citizens defined as black under BBBEE (African, Coloured or Indian), and have not participated in a YES Programme with another organisation.
